Our team of highly experienced, state-certified, insured inspectors are professional in every way. Our inspectors present their findings through a calm SUMMARY WALK AROUND as well as a COMPREHENSIVE PROPERTY INSPECTION Report. By having a team of inspectors, we can offer greater scheduling flexibility and very competitive prices. Our goal is to provide you with an accurate and easy-to-read Comprehensive Property Inspection report. Most inspections will take between 2 to 4 hours to complete. Reports are typically emailed to our clients within 24 hours of the inspection. For your convenience:

  • You may order a termite inspection at the same time you order your home inspection.
  • We can bill escrow for the inspection.

Meet Our Inspectors

Keith Smith
Keith is the owner of Comprehensive Property Inspections. He is also the owner/instructor of Inspection Training of Arizona (ITAZ), an inspection school in Phoenix, AZ. Keith has over 30 years of general construction experience and has nearly 20 years of performing home inspections throughout the valley of the sun.
Tanya Romero
With a rich history of customer service and her detailed technical knowledge, Tanya provides clients with excellent inspection services while presenting the information in an easy-to-understand manner! Her bilingual (spanish-speaking) skills also make her a valuable communicator for clients all across the valley!
Dominick Grossi
Dominick is a very knowledgeable and thorough inspector. He has performed well over a thousand inspections in the valley. Dominick’s personality puts any client at ease. Dominick instructs at Inspection Training of Arizona (ITAZ), as well as offering parallel inspection instruction to home inspector students.
Ubaldo Torres
Ubaldo's incredible knowledge can be observed during his inspections and report review. With his keen sense of detail, Ubaldo continues to provide a complete and thorough solution for clients all over the valley. Besides speaking english, Ubaldo speaks fluent Spanish as well for those in need of Spanish-speaking inspectors.

Sam is an ITAZ graduate and has been performing Home Inspections in the valley since early 2015. Sam has a great deal of knowledge in the construction industry. He is very personable and makes you feel at ease. He also has a great accent :)
Marshall argenbright
Marshall attended our home inspection school, Inspection Training of Arizona, in 2018. We noticed during his training several things that we look for in a successful inspector, he displayed a keen eye for detail and presented himself and his findings to our customer in a calm and pleasing manner.
